• 18 executive sponsors rated HealthPathways as important for delivering on their health system’s strategic priorities.
• 43% of respondents were more satisfied than 12 months ago; 33% felt the same; 24% were less satisfied.

  • More transparency around the platform roadmap
  • Greater efficiency and consistency in pathway production
  • Predictability in technical writing costs
  • More support for clinician engagement and articulating HealthPathways’ value
