• 54% of general practice staff who use HealthPathways access it weekly or more often.

• Most users report moderate to very high satisfaction with key features of HealthPathways, including:

  • Ease of use
  • Access to best-practice clinical guidelines
  • Quality of patient information
  • Knowledge of specialist services
  • Referral process improvements
• A majority of HealthPathways users are moderately to very likely to recommend the portal to colleagues.
