During a 4-week period between May and June 2020, Streamliners interviewed general practice clinicians to gain their feedback on the HealthPathways COVID-19 response package developed by the HealthPathways Community. Nine clinicians were selected by the Regional Group Clinical Advisors (RGCAs) and interviewed via Zoom by the HealthPathways Clinician Experience Team. Interviewees came from New Zealand (4), Queensland (1), Victoria (2), Western Australia (1), and New South Wales (1). Participants were selected because they were known users of HealthPathways. None of the participants are clinical editors (CEs) or otherwise directly involved in the production of pathways/pages. Each clinician was asked about their experience in dealing with COVID-19, and questioning centred on how and why clinicians used the COVID-19 pages, rather than the number and type of pages they used. Quantitative information on pathway use is available via Google Analytics.
